It is always so sad to see how people, out of foolishness and stupidityy never learn from past events.
Somewhere in Ibafo area of Ogun State, a group of residents were seen scooping perol that had spilled on the ground from a tanker vehicle which crashed and summersaulted.
Imagine what can happen to these residents if a spark goes off causing an explosion...
